These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of joeywagner.blog (the “Website”) and the travel-planning, dog-care, and related services offered by Joey Wagner (“I,” “me,” “my,” or “Joey Wagner”).

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, travel-planning services consist primarily of research, recommendations, planning, and itinerary development.
3. Travel Bookings and Third-Party Providers
Travel-planning recommendations may involve independent third-party providers, including:

- Hotels
- Vacation rentals
- Tour operators
- Transportation companies
- Restaurants
- Travel agencies
- Booking platforms
- Tourism organizations
- Other travel-related businesses
These providers are independent businesses and are not owned or controlled by me.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the client is responsible for making and managing bookings directly with third-party providers.
I am not responsible for cancellations, delays, schedule changes, overbookings, price changes, service failures, lost luggage, injuries, weather events, strikes, natural disasters, political events, border restrictions, or other actions or failures of third-party providers.
Third-party bookings are subject to the provider’s own terms, cancellation policies, fees, and conditions.
4. Travel Information and Client Responsibility
Travel requirements can change.
Clients are responsible for independently confirming important information before traveling, including:
- Passport and visa requirements
- Entry requirements
- Immigration requirements
- Vaccination and health requirements
- Travel advisories
- Airline policies
- Hotel policies
- Transportation schedules
- Cancellation policies
- Insurance requirements
- Local laws and regulations
I may provide information or recommendations relating to these matters, but clients remain responsible for verifying requirements with the relevant government authority, airline, hotel, tour operator, or other provider.
5. Points and Miles
Any information relating to airline miles, hotel points, credit cards, loyalty programs, award availability, or travel rewards is provided for informational purposes.
Points, miles, award availability, redemption values, fees, rules, and credit-card offers can change at any time.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the current terms of any loyalty program or financial product before making a decision.
I do not guarantee that a particular award, redemption, credit-card approval, or travel benefit will be available.
6. Dog-Care Services
Dog-care services may include services such as dog walking, daycare, boarding, sitting, or other pet-care services agreed upon with a client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their pets, including relevant behavioral, medical, dietary, medication, and care information.
Clients must disclose known behavioral issues, aggression, bite history, medical conditions, allergies, medication requirements, and other circumstances that could reasonably affect the safety or care of the pet.
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services when I reasonably believe that providing care would create an unacceptable risk to the pet, other animals, people, or property.
7. Veterinary Emergencies
If a pet experiences an apparent medical emergency while in my care, I may seek veterinary assistance when reasonably necessary.
Clients authorize reasonable efforts to obtain emergency veterinary care when I determine that immediate care is necessary and the client cannot reasonably be reached in time.
The client is responsible for veterinary costs and other expenses associated with the pet’s medical care unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Client Information and Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and any necessary access instructions, keys, entry codes, emergency contacts, veterinary information, feeding instructions, medication instructions, and other information reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.
I am not responsible for problems caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by a client.
9. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be communicated to the client before or at the time the service is arranged.
Payment terms, deposits, cancellation policies, and refund policies may vary depending on the service.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due according to the payment terms communicated when the service is booked.
10. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change policies may vary by service and may be communicated to the client when the service is booked.
Travel services may involve non-refundable research, planning, booking, or other work once performed.
Third-party providers may also impose their own cancellation fees and restrictions.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, content on the Website—including text, graphics, photographs, branding, itineraries, guides, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to me and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially distributed without permission.
Custom travel-planning materials provided to a client are intended for that client’s personal use unless otherwise agreed.

I do not control or endorse every third-party website, product, service, or provider linked from the Website.
I am not responsible for third-party websites, their availability, content, security, terms, privacy practices, or services.
